Don't underestimate a little kindness done with pure love and intent

Every time you show kindness to someone else, you send a beautiful message to them:

• that they are worthy;
• that they are seen,
• and that there is still love in this world!

The ripple effect of one act of kindness, can never be accurately measured. You may have done something small in your own eyes. You might feel it's so insignificant, but the effect it may have where you can't see or know, might be huge in their life!

That smile you give the tired shop assistant may change the mood she's in, fetching her children later ...
That bottle of water you gave the beggar, may give him hope to walk a little further to find a job ...
Helping that elderly man across the street, may save his life ...
Don't underestimate a little kindness done with pure love and intent.

How did you do? I did not do well either. Except for your trivia hounds, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday too well. Surprising how quickly we forget, isn’t it? And what I have mentioned above are no second-rate achievements. These are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten.
